Invitation to Bid on Sale of Surplus Property! 

North Unit Irrigation District is seeking sealed bids on the sale of various vehicles and items.

Sealed bids must be submitted in person to North Unit Irrigation District before 2:00 pm, Friday, October 17, 2025. Bids received after closing time will not be considered. Bids by email or fax will not be accepted. The district reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The property will be available for inspection at the district office beginning Tuesday, October 14, 2025, between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Bids must be submitted using the above form (2025 Bid Sheet) and shall be addressed to NUID in a sealed envelope plainly marked “October 2025 Surplus Property”.  Bids will be date and time stamped, to determine the winner of a tied bid. The bid that was submitted first will win the bid.

Winning bidders will be notified on or before Tuesday October 21, 2025.
If your bid is accepted, payment must be made within five (5) business days by cash, check, or card. (Please note: a service fee of $3.00 will be applied for every $100.00 paid by card.) Payment must be made before the item can be picked up. 


All items must be removed from District premises no later than  Monday October 27, 2025.
