Magnacide (Acrolein) Treatment

 North Unit Irrigation District, will be conducting a district-wide treatment using Acrolein on Monday, June 23rd and Tuesday, June 24th beginning @ 5:00am. 

If you do not want the treated water you will need to turn off on Monday, June 23rd and you may order water again on Thursday, June 26th.

This treatment is hazardous to fish and animals. The turnaround time in which you may safely use the irrigation water once the treatment is completed is 48 hours.

Copper Treatment

 North Unit Irrigation District will be conducting a district-wide chemical treatment using (Copper Sulfate Crystals) on Wednesday, June 18th beginning @ 5:00 am.

If you do not want the treated water you will need to turn off on Tuesday, June 17th and you may order water again on Friday, June 20th.

This treatment is harmful to fish and animals. The turnaround time in which you may safely use the irrigation water again once the treatment is completed is 48 hours.
